Semaine Menopause Essentials is Effective at Reducing the Frequency and Severity of Common Menopause Symptoms
Menopause and perimenopause are times of significant life transitions for women. The increased risk of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and insulin resistance, combined with the already increasing likelihood of those conditions existing due to diet and physical activity levels, creates a potential risk to women’s health. Notably, it is likely that most women entering perimenopause and menopause are already at higher risk for cardiovascular disease, thus increasing the probability of adverse health outcomes experienced by women. Study design
Each participant received 90 capsules of the dietary supplement in three jars. Participants were instructed to consume one capsule each day at the same time, with food. In order to understand the effectiveness of the test product, participants were given questionnaires. The questionnaires asked participants to rate the severity and frequency of common menopause and perimenopause symptoms.
Some symptoms included hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, anxiety, exhaustion, brain fog, and sexual problems. Participants rated the severity and frequency of these problems before using the test product (Baseline), and then each month during the three-month trial (Months 1, 2, and 3).
Additional questions were added to the survey in Months 1, 2, and 3 that focused on participants' direct perceptions of the test product during that period.
The participants
The study consisted of 42 female participants between the ages of 40-57 and willing to take one capsule of the test product per day orally. Women also had to self-report having moderate discomfort with perimenopause or menopause symptoms. In order to determine this, participants took a short survey of common symptoms associated with menopause.
Potential participants were excluded from the trial if they used medication for high blood pressure or blood thinning. Potential participants were also excluded if they were currently or previously undergoing chemotherapy, pregnant, breastfeeding, or attempting to become pregnant during the trial.
Results
Semaine Menopause Essentials significantly reduces the frequency and severity of common menopause symptoms
All evaluated parameters showed a statistically significant improvement from baseline to completion of the trial
Results: Participants were asked to rate the frequency they experienced hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, and losing their temper at Baseline, Month 1, Month 2, and Month 3. Overall, there was a significant reduction (improvement) in all of the symptoms examined in this trial. Hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, and experiencing rapid temper changes all decreased significantly across the trial, indicating that the test product was effective at improving the frequency that women experience common menopause complaints.
This reduction in symptom severity is both impressive and can lead to the conclusion that women who use the test product are likely to have a significant reduction in the symptoms related to menopause that impact their perceptions of health.
Participants were asked to rate their perception of the test product on many of the same outcomes after using it for one, two, and three months. Overall, participants viewed the in a very positive light across the trial.

This study provides evidence of the effectiveness of Semaine's Menopause Essentials in significantly improving overall health by reducing menopause symptoms

The results from this trial demonstrated that participants had significant improvements in the frequency and severity of common menopause symptoms while using Menopause Essentials.
