Single-Arm Trial
A single-arm trial is a clinical study where all participants receive the same intervention, without a separate control or comparison group.
Changes are measured over time, such as comparing participants’ outcomes before and after treatment. Single-arm trials are often used when a control group isn’t practical or feasible as it can still provide meaningful data for product evaluation.
