Study Design for
Parable
This study was a single-group intervention that aimed at evaluating the effectiveness and efficacy of Daily, a supplement created by Parable. The study involved cognitive testing, questionnaires examining changes in subjective outcomes, and blood draws to measure inflammatory markers. The trial lasted for a total of 31 days.
Forty participants were recruited to enroll in this trial. Participants were between the ages of 30-60 years old and had no chronic health conditions that would interfere with their participation in the study.
Study Results for
Parable
Spatial Planning is a critical component of intelligent behavior, and participants improved on Spatial Planning from Baseline to Day 31 by 33.8%. Participants also experienced improvements in the Double Trouble Test. Double Trouble tests the ability to concentrate on relevant information to make an accurate response even when presented with information that is distracting or irrelevant to the task.
In this study, participants improved their scores on Double Trouble by 57.4% from Baseline to Day 31. Overall, both of these increases are very large in magnitude and indicate a positive impact of Daily on these outcomes of interest.
