Playground’s Free Love (tested under its prior name “Naked Love”) was evaluated in a 12-week single-group clinical study conducted by Citruslabs. The virtual study included 38 adult female participants aged 18 and older who experienced frequent vaginal health concerns after intercourse, including UTIs, irritation, burning, and dryness. Participants applied the product during intercourse at least twice per week. Data was collected via digital questionnaires at three timepoints: baseline, week 6, and week 12.
