Phases of Clinical Trials
Phases of clinical trials refer to the four-step process used to develop and test a product’s safety, effectiveness, and real-world performance in human participants.
Each phase of a clinical trial investigates a different question, starting with basic safety and moving through effectiveness, large-scale validation, and long-term monitoring. While traditionally used in pharmaceutical development, the same phased approach is increasingly applied to clinical research for supplements, skincare, and wellness products.
Want a clear breakdown of each phase and why it matters for your brand or product? Read our blog post: "Understanding the Phases of Clinical Trials."
