Participants:
12 individuals aged 21–44 who reported difficulties with gut health and maintaining a healthy diet due to busy lifestyles.
Study Protocol:
Participants consumed Banza Chickpea Pasta once daily, five days a week. Assessments included:
Bristol Stool Scale and GSRS validated questionnaires
Blood and stool sample analysis
Waist circumference tracking
Perception-based wellness questionnaires
Data was collected at Baseline, Week 4, Week 8, and Week 12.
