Green Chef

A 16-week hybrid, randomized, controlled clinical trial was conducted by Citruslabs to evaluate the efficacy of the combined Calorie Smart & Brain Health meal plans.


  • Participants: 100 men and women aged 25+ with weight management concerns

  • Design: Two groups, an intervention group receiving Green Chef meals for lunch and dinner (plus recommended healthy breakfasts) and a control group continuing their usual eating habits

  • Measurements: Baseline and follow-up questionnaires, weight, blood pressure, and blood biomarker testing at multiple points

  • Timeline: Assessments at Baseline, Week 4, Week 8, Week 12, and Week 16


Analysis: Both physiological measurements and participant perception surveys were used to assess outcomes.
