A 3-month consumer perception study conducted by Citruslabs evaluated the SEEN shampoo and conditioner for their impact on hair health. Thirty women aged 18 to 60 with concerns around hair volume, thinning, and strength participated. Each used the products at least three times per week and completed surveys at Baseline, Month 1, and Month 3.


Participants followed a consistent routine, avoiding all other haircare products during the study.

After just one month of consistent use, participants experienced significant improvements across multiple hair health dimensions:

  • 93.1% would recommend the SEEN shampoo and conditioner to a friend

  • 93.1% felt their hair looked healthier and better

  • 89.7% noticed their hair felt stronger and more healthy-looking

  • 86.2% reported more shine and less shedding in the shower drain

  • 82.8% noticed less overall hair shedding


Notably, these positive outcomes were maintained through the 3-month mark, with sustained improvement in shine, strength, volume, and reduced breakage. The most dramatic individual improvement was in hair shine, with a 44.04% increase.
