Testing the Product
The PMS and Period support supplement contains natural ingredients thoughtfully curated to address the underlying causes of painful periods. The supplement addresses menstrual symptoms such as mood swings, fatigue, body aches, and cramps.
To test their supplements, we helped Semaine run an open-label crossover study that measured self-reported symptoms as well as hormone levels through a blood test.
